GRADUATE PROGRAM 2025
Riverlee's Graduate Program is a 1 year tailored program for property students in their final year of university. The aim of the program is to provide students with valuable, real-life exposure to the disciplines of asset management and development.
In 2025 we are offering two placements for emerging talent who are passionate about embarking on a transformative career journey with Riverlee. The successful candidates will be exposed to a variety of work to prepare them for a fulfilling career in the property industry.
Our program will rotate candidates between the disciplines of asset management and development providing a unique opportunity to explore strengths and assist in determining the most suitable career path.

To apply for this graduate program you need to be:
- Enrolled in your final year of a property related course
- Be available to work full time at our head office once the program begins
