The refurbishment of 551 Blackburn Road, designed by Cox Sanderson Ness Architects, includes office space and a potential warehouse addition. Centrally located near the on and off ramp of the Monash Freeway, this two level building is set amongst a well-landscaped environment.

The building was purchased by Riverlee in 1996, carefully refurbished and sold in 2000.
