379 Collins Street occupies the prime south-eastern corner of Collins and Queen Streets in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. This 20-level commercial office building was acquired by Riverlee in 2000, and has been extensively refurbished.

The refreshed 379 Collins Street features new end-of-trip facilities, destination lift control and sustainability enhancements aligning with the environmental considerations of a progressive corporate workplace.  In 2020, an additional level of office space was added to the top of the building which is where the new Riverlee Headquarters is now located.

The ground floor will be refurbished to incorporate a new café, casual work zones and meeting room facilities in 2024.
