Belrose South nears completion

Construction forges ahead at Seafarers
Completion of another key construction milestone
In anticipation of the opening of Seafarers in 2024, Riverlee was delighted to confirm the completion of another key construction milestone. With its retention wall complete, foundation piling works have now commenced, making way for structural works of the Fender Katsalidis-designed building to begin.

A smart and fresh new start to the day at 179 Queen Street
Designed in collaboration with PTID, Pop & Pac and Glowing Structures, the end-of-trip facilities at 179 Queen Street cater to the daily routines of our building community. Helping tenants to begin their working day is a suite of amenities across two beautifully designed change-rooms. 42 smart lockers, daily towel service, 6 showers, grooming stations equip with hair styling tools, drying cupboards and ironing facilities. The Caroma Smart Command toilet panels, sensor taps, urinal flushes and intelligent showers measure water use and ensure reduced usage and improved tenant experience. This ensures our tenants have access to all the comforts and convenience that supports their health and wellbeing during the working week.
