An award-winning residential project developed over three stages, 33 Inkerman Street situated on the corner of Greeves Street on the southern edge of St Kilda. The development comprises six low-rise buildings set amongst a landscaped environment.

Designed by renowned architects William Boag, the buildings incorporate environmental sustainability features, including grey water recycling, natural ventilation and solar capture. The project has won numerous international architectural and environmental awards including the Best Environment Initiative by the United Nations and the King of Sweden’s Technology Prototype for Sustainable Living Award.

A component of the project involved a custom-built social housing complex, which was handed over to the City of Port Phillip
